When you subscribe to my newsletter, I collect:

- Your name (if you choose to provide it)
I do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or any information beyond what is necessary to send you my newsletter.
3. How I Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to:
- Send you my newsletter and related updates
- Respond to your messages or inquiries
- Improve the content I send you
I will never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for their marketing purposes. Full stop.
4. Email Service Provider — Brevo
I use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage and deliver my newsletter. Your email address and name are stored securely within Brevo’s platform. Brevo acts as a data processor on my behalf and is contractually obligated to protect your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Data Retention
Your information is retained for as long as you remain subscribed to my newsletter. If you unsubscribe, your data will be removed from my active mailing list. You may also request complete deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
6. Cookies & Analytics
My website uses Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how visitors find and engage with my content. These tools collect information such as pages visited, time spent on site, referring sources, and general geographic location. This data is aggregated and used only to improve my website and content — it is not linked to your name or email address.
Google Analytics uses cookies (small text files stored in your browser) to track visits over time. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
I do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any tracking tools beyond those listed above.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Unsubscribe from my newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email
- Request access to the personal data I hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data

My newsletter is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.

If I make material changes to this Privacy Policy, I will update the effective date at the top of this page and may notify subscribers by email. Continued subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
