The Hearth
A warm and intimate gathering for women business owners to share challenges and ideas in their work with candor and curiosity.
Once a month, a small group of women business owners gathers over lunch in a real room, with no cameras or recording equipment, to have the kind of conversation you can’t have anywhere else.
This is a circle of women where you can say “I have no idea what I’m doing right now” and be met with wisdom, candor and zero judgment.
The group stays small – 6 to 10 women, by design. The conversations stay real, and what gets shared in the room stays in the room.
You bring your lunch. We bring the questions, the structure, and 45+ combined years of building, scaling, failing, and figuring it out.

Catherine Mallers
Catherine Mallers is a certified Hello Seven coach, fractional CFO, and founder of Bookkeeping Bistro, with 20+ years of experience working with business owners across every industry.
She knows that owner mindset, cash flow, and how you think about money aren’t separate things; they’re everything. She’s warm, she’s direct, and she will help you think more clearly.
Emily Lonigro
Emily Lonigro has spent 25+ years building businesses, leading teams, and helping people find their voice. Currently a business coach, she founded LimeRed in 2004, a Certified B Corp doing brand strategy for mission-driven organizations, co-founded and scaled an educational company, and serves on multiple boards.
She’s made the hardest calls and rebuilt from scratch multiple times, and she brings all of that to the table.
